People who have not read the scriptures of the Swaminarayan Sampradaya have no right to edit this page. In none of the scriptures of the Swaminarayan sect, he is called only a yogi. They are God. So he was proficient in yogic action. I have nothing more to say but just remove the word Yogi from the article. And at least use the word God. If you see references to him being God I will give them. But please don't insult our Lord like this. Don't edit the page if you don't know about our sect. It hurts our feelings ભાવિક (talk) 05:18, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
i am firm believer of lord shree swaminarayan. You need to remove word yogi and replace it with God. Do not play with emotions of devotees. There are crores of devotees who believe he is the supreme lord. This is insult of my beloved lord shree Swaminarayan. Juhi2511 (talk) 09:16, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I think the image shown should not be used due to the ambiguity or difficulty one may have locating Swaminarayan in the image. It should be cropped (if possible) and then used. The image currently depicted is not of great quality and does not heed to the traditional art styles used to depict Swaminarayan traditionally in the Indian arts. I thus believe is may be beneficial to replace it.

IF THE WORD SUPREME GOD OR GOD WILL BE NOT MEINTIONED AN REMOVAL OF WORD YOGI IN THE ARTICLE THEN WE THE PEOPLE OF SWAMIANARYAN SAMPRADAYA WILL FILE A CASE IN INDIAN COURT
Defilement of places of worship or objects of great respect (Section 295 and 297).
Outraging or wounding the religious feelings of persons (Section 295A and 298).
It is believed in the Swaminarayan Sampradaya (religion) that that Lord Swaminarayan is the manifestation of the supreme God himself, and he looks exactly the way he looks in his divine abode. it is not believed that He is an incarnation of Krishna. Although Krishna is revered in our religion, we do not believe him to be the Supreme God. So can you please research and change this.
