I don't believe this. Is it now forbidden by law that a page links to Bundeskanzler? Is it no longer possible to draw the reader's attention to the fact that this German term is used in several and not just one country? Why would anyone want to de-link Bundeskanzler (as it just happened in the Julius Raab article?

I can't believe this has been discussed and approved. If I missed that discussion, please refer me to the relevant pages. <KF> 23:17, 3 Mar 2004 (UTC)

In German, that is Bundeskänzler... Bundeskaenzler when written without the diacritic sign. It would be good to add it as a other writting way of this word.

No, it's not "Bundeskänzler", that's simply wrong. It's "Bundeskanzler". —Nightstallion (?) 09:18, 8 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I changed the section about "Bundeskanzlerin". The use of the male form (Frau Bundeskanzler) in official speech is not "against German grammar". A female doctor is also called "Frau Doktor" (not: Frau Doktorin) or a female lieutenant "Frau Leutnant" (not: Frau Leutnantin). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.176.72.25 (talk) 11:33, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
